Highlights from 2026

Five Pillars of Intentional Leadership

Leadership Dialogues 2027's theme is "Leadership as a Force for Good." The event is set to carry on conversations from our 2026 event highlighting intentional leadership.

Intentional Leadership is making deliberate choices in pursuit of a positive impact/outcomes, knowing why you have made them and being accountable. There are five aspects:

Rupert Brown & Philippa Tuck – Creating Kairos: Recognising the Moments That Matter Most In Any Change.

Explore the moments where intentional presence matters most and apply them to something real: a program at work, a system you're trying to shift, or a chapter of your own life that's taken a turn. You'll leave with a different perspective on the right next step.

Mark Blackman & Leadership Together – Is leadership in education a force for good for everyone?

A discussion piece which is based on a theme around are we collectively and politically leading education in a way that is truly supporting the most vulnerable learners and providing equity. For those working with or interested in the education sector.

Krish Kandiah – From Message to Movement: How Leaders Communicate Hope

Ideas do not change the world. Stories do. Krish has made the case for some of the most uncomfortable ideas in public life on GB News and BBC Radio 2, in The Times and The Guardian, in church halls and the House of Lords. He has helped mobilise thousands of ordinary people to open their homes to strangers. The challenge in every one of those contexts was the same: how do you take something people find difficult and move them not just to understand it but to act on it? This breakout takes those lessons and puts them to work for leaders. Whether you are making the case for change inside a reluctant organisation or trying to build a coalition across a fractured community, Krish will show you how hope, compassion, and purpose combine to turn a message into a movement.

Jimmy Deane – Kindness In Leadership

Lessons from the non profit sector. For those working with or interested in the charity/not-for-profit sector.

Richard Godfrey & Bruno Oliveira – It's the end of the world as we know it...but I feel fine. Seeing the positive impact of AI on small businesses.

Generative AI has already significantly impacted small businesses, and the rate of change is only increasing. Despite challenges everywhere, how can we maximise opportunities in the next year? For those working with or interested in the SME eco-system.

Afternoon Breakout Workshops - 2026 examples

The format of Leadership Dialogues includes afternoon breakout discussions, led by experts in the sector. Choose from the topics below and work with a smaller cohort to help solve pressing challenges faced by contemporary leaders. Using the Five Pillars of Intentional Leadership as a basis to discuss the issues faced today, each lead will then summarise the group's ideas and insights.

Led by the 5 pillars above, the first section of the event's afternoon will start with breakout groups, the discussions seeking to identify how to reinforce intentional living, mindsets and leading in different contexts in the following sectors. Choose your cohort from the following topics!
